iSENSE offers a standard line of miniature force sensors for common applications, adaptable to specific requirements, used in various medical and industrial devices. They are used to measure force during elastic and inelastic collisions, or from oscillating masses and swinging pendulums. They are fundamental in robotics for precision assembly, gripping and manipulation, collaborative human-robot interaction, medical and surgical robotics, and enabling learning and adaptive behaviour. Early detection of abnormal forces can prevent mechanical failures in industrial systems, thereby reducing costly downtime. They also support predictive maintenance by identifying unusual force patterns. Our standard force sensors are suitable for various applications, particularly in small quantities. Some sensors can be customized to meet customer-specific requirements, such as milled grooves or signal amplification factor. We offer a large measuring range of up to 2000 N, with the ability to monitor larger forces using a displacement transducer. Our force sensor can also be equipped with integrated, programmable instrumentation amplifiers.
