Torque sensors are designed for high-precision static torque measurement with limited dynamic rotation, used in applications such as actuator, valve, and fastener testing, and torque control in watchmaking or medical devices. With the use of thin film strain gauges, our torque sensors can be implemented in accordance with the measuring principles of shear force, cage, and measuring flange. By providing continuous torque data, our sensors enable companies to implement predictive maintenance strategies. This involves analyzing torque trends to identify anomalies that indicate potential issues, allowing for proactive interventions before equipment failures occur thus helps in “predictive maintenance”.
