As the exclusive supplier of ESCC-qualified Platinum temperature sensors, we provide highly adaptable RTDs available in both Engineering Model (EM) and Flight Model (FM) variants, with resistance options ranging from Pt100 to Pt2000. Operating reliably between -200 °C and +200 °C under tolerance class B (IEC 60751 F0.3), these sensors can also be customized with features such as ESCC-qualified extended wires. Crucially, our advanced thin-film technology firmly bonds the platinum resistance structure to a ceramic substrate, offering a significant performance advantage over traditional wire-wound alternatives. This seamless construction minimizes vulnerable surface areas, making our sensors exceptionally robust and drastically reducing the risk of failure when exposed to frequent thermal cycling and mechanical vibrations.
